Opportunity: Deloitte's U.S. Delivery Center required rapid scaling of 850+ specialized ML engineers, data scientists and software developers to power its ReadyAI™ platform in an extremely competitive tech market. The challenge was sourcing highly niche, US-based technical talent at velocity (with no option for visa sponsorship) while maintaining top 1% talent quality for client’s AI solutions.
Approach: Reverse-engineered ideal candidate profiles through competitor intelligence and talent market analysis, targeting companies with proven AI/ML training pipelines to ensure competency from day one. Executed systematic multi-platform sourcing with intricate tagging, 6-touch drip campaigns, sourcing 100 candidates weekly, adding 50+ leads to ATS, and screening 20-25 per week.
Results: Averaged 350 candidates sourced monthly with 25% response rate and 63% conversion rate, delivering 5-7 qualified submissions weekly. Successfully filled critical data center roles on accelerated timeline, enabling Deloitte to meet expansion goals and deliver 20+ AI automations and ML models for government clients.

Opportunity: Deloitte's U.S. Delivery Center expansion required managing 30+ niche AI/ML/IT requisitions across 10 recruiters simultaneously with no standardized processes or workflow systems in place. The challenge was creating scalable infrastructure that maintained quality while enabling agile technical hiring.
Approach: Designed templated submission framework and candidate matrix with succinct technical reviews and systematic pipeline organization in LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS, leading with career level, niche skills, and diversity/inclusion targets. I quickly standardized my sourcer-to-recruiter handoff workflow to optimize evaluation speed and accuracy which achieved 25% acceptance rate on extremely technical criteria.
Results: Established operational system that became my go-to sourcer-to-recruiter relationship standard, enabling concurrent management of 30+ requisitions for 10+ recruiters with measurable efficiency gains in pipeline organization and candidate evaluation. STRATEGIC TALENT INTELLIGENCE & MARKET MAPPING
Opportunity: USDC needed US-based, specialized ML engineers and data scientists with government security clearance. Traditional sourcing channels (LinkedIn) failed to yield qualified candidates, requiring innovative market intelligence and unconventional platform strategies.
Approach: Conducted TAM analysis within 48 hours of receiving candidate profile, presented sample profiles to leadership to refine criteria, then launched multi-platform sourcing across LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Kaggle, ArXiv, Reddit, and ResearchGate. A/B tested outreach messaging with 24-48 hour optimization cycles and leveraged internal networks through strategic sourcing huddles to unlock referral pipelines.

Opportunity: Deloitte's high-volume technical hiring lacked granular sourcing metrics and candidate journey tracking, making conversion optimization and pipeline forecasting impossible. Sourcing decisions were intuition-based rather than data-driven, limiting efficiency and continuous improvement.
Approach: Built comprehensive Excel-based sourcing database from scratch tracking 20+ data points across complete prospect-to-candidate journey, such as contact information, 6-touch engagement sequence, conversion milestones, interview stages, and outcomes. Cross-referenced personal database with ATS for data integrity and created analytics dashboard monitoring response rates, conversion funnels, outreach effectiveness, and pipeline velocity.
Results: Enabled predictive pipeline management and evidence-based optimization, identifying highest-performing channels, optimal contact cadences, and conversion bottlenecks.
